Under Fred’s leadership, Alpha Tech Lending has developed diverse loan programs, including Fix & Flip, New Construction, DSCR, Bridge Loans, and Tru No Doc Loans, catering to real estate investors and commercial projects. Fred’s expertise stems from a career marked by success in founding and managing firms like First Rehab Lending and Franklin First Financial, the latter growing into one of the nation’s top mortgage makers with over $10 billion in origination.
A Brooklyn native and Saint John’s University finance graduate, Fred combines strategic vision, deep industry knowledge, and a client-focused approach. Beyond his professional achievements, he is an active philanthropist, supporting numerous local and national charities, and enjoys golf, travel, and wellness in his personal life.
